Responsibilities

• • Solicit and procure listings for third party sales and leases of residential, commercial and industrial properties, to aid in achieving the annual sales commission target.
• • Prospect clients through various marketing channels by networking, marketing, and referrals.
• • Consult with and assist buyers with their acquisitions.
• • Access Sagicor Property Services (SPS) Office Listings with a view to sell and lease properties.
• • Market the real estate business aggressively to ensure growth and expansion of market share.
• • Process all sales and leasing transactions in accordance with Sagicor Property Services established policies and procedures, as well as, the Real Estate Dealers & Developers Act.
• • Perform other job-related duties assigned from time to time.

Required Skills

• • Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
• • Working knowledge of computer applications software, including social media network, word processing and spreadsheet packages.
• • Excellent client service, organizing, negotiating and time management skills.
• • Experience in Real Estate Sales/Rental/Leasing would be an asset.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s Degree or minimum Diploma in Land Economy and Valuation Surveying or Successful completion of the Real Estate Salesman Course with obtained license.
• • To be a member in good standing of the Realtors Association of Jamaica (RAJ).
• • Have access to a reliable motor vehicle, laptop and a mobile telephone.
• • Exposure to formal training in Sales & Marketing is desirable.
