Responsibilities
- • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates across various roles.
- • Partner with managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and fill roles efficiently.
- • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection processes across multiple platforms.
- • Leverage recruitment tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven solutions, to enhance efficiency.
- • Build and maintain partnerships with talent sources such as schools, colleges, skills centers, and community organizations.
- • Maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure quick turnaround for critical and high-volume positions.
- • Identify and implement improvements to streamline recruitment processes.
- • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and employment laws throughout the hiring process.
- • Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and sourcing effectiveness.
- • Use data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- • Enhance the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
- • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates at every stage of the hiring process.
- • Communicate effectively with candidates regarding application status and feedback.
- • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
- • Coordinate and manage processes for promotions, transfers, and employee exits.
- • Ensure all changes are documented, communicated appropriately, and aligned with organizational policies.
- • Establish systems to support smooth transitions during organizational changes.
Required Skills
- • Familiarity with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools is an asset.
- • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations.
- • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- • Occasional travel as needed.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • 5+ years of experience in HR Management including recruitment or talent acquisition.
