Business Integration Coordinator
Summary
The Business Integration Coordinator’s primary role is to support the Business Integration Manager in various administrative and organizational tasks to support efforts to integrate technology supporting all divisions to drive productivity. This includes coordinating integration activities and supporting the management of change for standardization of business processes, IT systems, training and culture sustainment.
Responsibilities
- • Assist the Business Integration Manager in the development of individual or cross-division technology integration needs including maintaining documents such as project budgets, schedules, scope statements and project plans etc.
- • Supervise any business integration procurement needs.
- • Meeting with divisions and teams to assess their needs and define technology integration requirements, acceptance criteria and help coordinate timelines.
- • Coordinate the allocation of resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time.
- • Under the supervision of the Integration Manager, assign tasks to team members and help them understand what’s expected from them in terms of integration milestones and deliverables.
- • Be the liaison between the business integration and any necessary external stakeholders, suppliers etc.
- • Assist the Integration Manager monitor progress and integration performance and provide updates to key stakeholders
- • Schedule meetings, document and generate reports
- • Foster cross-team collaboration to help integration teams complete project tasks and produce deliverables
Qualifications
- • At least an Associate's Degree in a related field is desired.
- • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- • Experience in the food processing industry a plus.
