Responsibilities
- β’ Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing them to products and services.
- β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- β’ Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- β’ Meet and exceed sales quotas by converting leads into sales.
- β’ Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
- β’ Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
- β’ Handle customer objections professionally and use persuasive techniques to close deals.
- β’ Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and achieve sales goals.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- β’ Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into successful sales.
- β’ Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- β’ Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- β’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- β At least 2 years experience in outbound sales, telesales, cold calling or a related field.
- β Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment.
