Responsibilities

• • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing them to products and services.
• • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• • Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
• • Meet and exceed sales quotas by converting leads into sales.
• • Accurately record customer interactions and sales data in the CRM system.
• • Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
• • Handle customer objections professionally and use persuasive techniques to close deals.
• • Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and achieve sales goals.

Required Skills

• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Qualifications

• • At least 2 years experience in outbound sales, telesales, cold calling or a related field.
• • Previous experience in a BPO or call center environment.
