The Demand Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining accurate demand forecasts to support production, procurement, and inventory planning. This role ensures commercial insights are translated into demand signals that align business strategy with operational execution.

Responsibilities
- • Develop rolling forecasts based on sales trends, market dynamics, and commercial inputs.
- • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to build consensus demand plans.
- • Analyze forecast accuracy and drive improvements through data analysis and collaboration.
- • Integrate innovation and promotional plans into forecasts.
- • Provide demand insights and scenario analyses during S&OP reviews.
- • Maintain forecasting systems, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- • Monitor and escalate gaps between forecast and actuals for resolution.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
- • 3–5 years’ experience in demand planning, forecasting, or commercial analytics in FMCG or manufacturing.
- • Familiarity with demand planning tools (SAP, Excel, Power BI).
- • Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- • Ability to synthesize data and collaborate cross-functionally.
