Quality Assurance Analyst I

Summary

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be required to participate in the Quality Assurance review of analysis, design, development and implementation phases of computer systems. He/she will assist clients/users in preparing test data and procedures for Systems Acceptance Testing; assist with the periodic review and analysis of customers’ systems error logs and performance statistics as well as the research and data collection relating to systems performance.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from a recognized tertiary institution.
• • 1-2 years experience in systems development, design and implementation.
• • Systems analysis and design techniques.
• • Training in software application/quality assurance testing.
• • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular PowerPoint and MS Word.
• • Working knowledge of SQL and at least one general-purpose programming language
• • Working knowledge of security testing
