In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting high-net-worth clients and businesses, ensuring effective communication and flawless execution of administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities
Client Coordination:
- • Proactively contact clients to gather necessary documentation, such as personal bank statements and business meeting details, to support tax strategies.
Administrative Support:
- • Handle general administrative tasks that facilitate smooth tax planning and execution processes.
Calendar Management:
- • Maintain and organize the tax calendar, including scheduling calls and tracking deadlines.
Discovery Call Assistance:
- • Participate in discovery calls to take notes, manage follow-up tasks, and assist in client onboarding activities.
Marketing & Sales Support:
- • Over time, assist in prequalifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications
- • Experience: 2+ years in a relevant role such as administrative assistance, client coordination, or financial services support.
- • Location: This role is available only to candidates who are based in LATAM or Europe.
