Summary

This cheerful, quick, multi-skilled Colleague is accountable to the Front Office Manager. S/he has a core discipline and learns and practices the others as the Front Office Manager decides. S/he is in a team assist with the meets and greets the, often tired, Guest first. Responsibilities

The incumbent’s duties & responsibilities are not limited to but includes:

• • Help ensure that in all work in Front Office and wherever Front Office staff have involvement, Couples Quality standards are the control measure.
• • Prepare guests departure records
• • Prepare daily arrival and departure statements.
• • Ensure that the transfer company and drivers understand with total clarity that tipping is forbidden, not acceptable as part of How We Work Together and a disciplinary offence.
• • Effectively manage all incoming calls and guests queries during the shift.

Qualifications

• • Minimum of 5 CXC/CSEC subjects with ranges 1-3, including English Language and Mathematics
• • Tertiary education in Hospitality & Tourism Managment or its equivalent
• • At least two (2) years' experience in similar position
