Responsibilities

• • Assist in the preparation and dispensing of prescription and over-the-counter medications
• • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, restocking, and monitoring expiration dates of medications
• • Deliver excellent customer service to patients, including answering questions regarding medications and health-related inquiries
• • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information
• • Support the pharmacist in conducting health checks and screenings, such as blood pressure monitoring
• • Assist in training and orienting new pharmacy staff as required
• • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations as well as safety protocols
• • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills
• • Perform administrative tasks as required, such as billing and coding

Qualifications
