As a Supervisor, Maintenance, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the activities of a skilled team of mechanics, installers, and repairers in providing top-notch maintenance services. Coordinate work schedules, provide guidance, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will use your strong background in maintenance supervision and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• • High School Degree or equivalent is preferred.
• • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
• • Certifications may be required or preferred.
• • Functions as a working supervisor of a business support team
• • May spend a portion of time performing the work supervised

• • Works within established precedents and practices
• • Analyzes information to solve on-going problems
• • Has 5 or more years of work experience
