Product Operations Associate

Summary

The Strategic Ops team drives several core operational services on the worker side of the marketplace, including Product Ops, Tech Ops, Knowledge Ops, & Business Intelligence. This will be a highly cross-functional role on the Product Ops team where you will leverage your analytical & operational skills to help drive the success & visibility of new operational deployments on the customer support side of the marketplace.

Responsibilities

• • Systems-Thinking: Leverage first principles thinking to surface systems-level inefficiencies and architect high-impact interventions across critical operational functions within the marketplace.
• • Diving Deep with Analysis: Dig multiple layers deep to the ground floor to understand key operational problems & rationalize business trends to empirical data.
• • Process Design: Map out user journeys & SOPs across various touchpoints, identifying pain points and opportunities for process optimization.
