Responsibilities

• • Coordinate all aspects of warehouse operations to ensure the efficient and timely receiving, storage, and dispatching of products, thereby enhancing overall productivity.
• • Supervise and actively train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment and effectively delegating tasks to ensure the seamless maintenance of daily operations.
• • Monitor inventory levels meticulously and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and control, thus minimizing discrepancies and enhancing stock reliability.
• • Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and best practices in compliance with company standards, prioritizing the health and well-being of all warehouse personnel.
• • Prepare comprehensive reports on inventory, shipments, and any relevant discrepancies for upper management, providing critical insights that support strategic decision-making.
• • Ensure that the warehouse is consistently clean, organized, and operational at all times, contributing to a positive work environment and optimal operational efficiency.
• • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Production, to ensure a smooth workflow and align warehouse activities with overall business goals.
• • Manage the maintenance of warehouse equipment, proactively liaising with suppliers as needed to ensure functionality and reliability.
• • Address and effectively resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise in the warehouse setting, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
• • Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the success of the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• • At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles.
• • Knowledge of warehouse management software and inventory systems.
• • Strong leadership and team management skills.
• • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• • Willing to work on Rotating Shifts
