Remote Customer Support Specialist
Summary
A Remote Customer Support Specialist provides assistance to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction through online or phone communication.
Responsibilities
- β’ Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
- β’ Provide detailed information about products and services.
- β’ Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns promptly.
- β’ Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customer interactions.
- β’ Document customer interactions and solutions accurately.
Qualifications
- β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. (Required)
- β’ Stable internet connection and a reliable computer setup. (Required)
- β’ Based in LATAM (Required)
- β’ Ability to work independently in a distraction-free home office.
- β’ A positive and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- β’ Previous experience in customer support is a plus, but not required.
- β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
