Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Associate at Fusion CX, you will play a crucial role in managing mortgage claims and ensuring a seamless process for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• • Accept incoming phone calls from customers.
• • Make outbound phone calls to follow up on claims.
• • Monitor and respond to incoming emails and voicemails promptly.
• • Understand and apply business rule requirements and investor requirements correctly in the role of mortgage associate in Kingston.
• • Document claim activity accurately in the loss draft module.
• • Order inspections for claims and request disbursements for ongoing claims.

Qualifications

• • Education: Minimum of 5 CXC’s, including Math and English.
• • Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
• • Planning/Organizing: Prioritizing and planning work activities, utilizing their time efficiently.
• • Interpersonal Skills: Maintaining confidentiality, being open to new ideas, and willingness to try new approaches as a mortgage associate in the Kingston team.
• • Oral Communication: Clarity and persuasiveness while communicating in various situations, including positive and negative situations and possess group presentation skills.
• • Written Communication: Edits work for spelling and grammar with attention to detail. Presents numerical data effectively and can read and interpret written information accurately.
