Field Logistics Coordinator

Summary

Jamaica Broilers Group Limited is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual who is team oriented and proactive, to join the team in the capacity of Field Logistics Coordinator. The selected candidate will provide administrative support to the Grow-out Team as well as be responsible for the coordination of field activities to achieve the budgetary targets of the Best Dressed Chicken Field Department.

Required Skills

• • Sound knowledge of the relevant computer software including word-processing and spreadsheet applications and custom designed management information systems (Mtech-BRIM, HIM, Axapta).
• • Basic knowledge of accounting procedures and practices.
• • Working knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001.
• • Sound analytical and problem solving skills.
• • Well-developed human relations skills and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, at all levels.
• • Excellent time management, planning, organizational and reporting skills.

Qualifications

• • A Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
• • A minimum of three (3) years’ work experience in a poultry management system environment would be ideal.
