- Shortlisted tertiary students will be invited to attend an online interview and give a short presentation on their essay.

Academic Requirements
- Must have achieved 75% or higher on PEP examinations or a 75% Year Grade Average.
- Submit a progress report for January to March 2024 on official school letterhead or stamped/sealed by the school.
- Submit one (1) reference letter from any of the following:
- Member of Parliament (MP)
- Justice of the Peace (JP)
- Church Leader
- School Principal
- Police Officer (rank above officer)
- Format: PDF only
Essay Requirement
Applicants must write a 500-word essay on one of the following topics:
- “How do you contribute to your community, and why is it important to you?”
- “Explain the importance of education in your life and how this scholarship will help you achieve your educational goals.”
Financial Documentation
- Applicants must complete and submit the Statement of Financial Need Form.
