The Senior Specialist, Social Media role is responsible for social media content strategy development, community management, and digital campaign execution. This role is responsible for building and maintaining brand expression on social media through its campaigns, social content, and community engagement. Key to success in this role is relationship management with market leads, local influencers, and other stakeholders to develop insights into both the digital habits and cultures of our Caribbean markets. This is a critical role in advancing the company's objective to drive awareness, promote brand affinity. This role occasionally requires work after hours or on weekend. Occasional travel also required.
