Technology Consulting Senior (JM)

Summary

As a Technology Transformation professional, you will help guide C-Level executive leaders in the strategic direction for technology in their organization. You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will lead client interviews, conduct research, financial analysis, and develop executive-level presentations for the c-level executive suite. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, IT operating model design, IT cost optimization, IT assessments, sourcing strategies, benchmarking, IT financial analysis and enterprise architecture. You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements. Additionally, opportunities will exist to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide consulting services to clients. Through these experiences you will build expertise in leading-edge technologies and concepts like DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, Blockchain, etc. At the same time, you will actively contribute to internal practice initiatives like building thought capital, developing methodologies, supporting recruiting and training needs, while driving community of practice activities to enhance the firms’ capabilities. Responsibilities

• • Helping clients drive business-led and technology-enabled transformation across a broad range of business issues
• • Understanding and documenting clients’ business processes and requirements, performing root cause analyses, developing business cases, and gathering information
• • Taking full responsibility for tasks including consistent self-review of work to identify and improve an approach for producing high-quality work products, while working under the supervision
• • Growing lasting relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and consistently delivering quality client services
• • Monitoring progress, managing risks and ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• • Developing specific technology skills relevant to engagement and project work
• • Continuously updating your understanding of current business and industry trends

Qualifications

• • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technology discipline, i.e. Computer Science, Computer or other technology-related Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Math, MIS
• • Pursuing or completing post-graduate studies including MBM, MBA, MSc in a relevant technology discipline would be an asset
• • 4-8 years of prior work experience in Consulting, Technology or related industry
• • Ability to understand, analyze and apply leading frameworks to solve complex client technology problems
• • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and developing executive presentations
• • Strong financial costing, analysis and benchmarking experience
• • Aptitude, interest, and/or experience in Java, JavaScript, .Net, Python, C, C++, PHP, IoT development, web development, analytics focused tools and platforms such as SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI, and Spotfire, business process design, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, such as MS D365, SAP or Oracle, or integration tools.
