
Treasury Front Office Analyst
Summary
Reporting to Group Treasury Manager, the Treasury Front Office Analyst will be responsible for implementing and supporting operational Front Office Treasury activities. This will be in partnership with external banks and other financial institutions, alongside financial leads for local markets. Ultimately helping establish a leading Front Office Treasury function with an emphasis on value driven transactions, accurate recording, and fit-for-purpose reporting.
Responsibilities
Cash Management & Forecasting:
- • Oversee and support the management of daily cash positions across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs while optimising idle balances
- • Monitoring cash flow forecasts and identifying variances to actuals to support effective liquidity planning
Dealing & Trading:
- • Execute treasury transactions, including foreign exchange (FX) trades, short-term deposits, and structured financial instruments, in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- • Support local market colleagues with processes and guidance in the execution of treasury transactions, also ensuring accurate recording, and reporting of local market transactions
Investment & Portfolio Management:
- • Assist in managing the Group’s investment portfolio, supporting effective capital allocation and optimising returns within approved risk parameters
Bank Relationship Management:
- • Manage daily interactions with banking partners to secure competitive pricing, support working capital solutions, and implement innovative banking products and solutions
- • Support the rationalisation and maintenance of the Group’s bank account structure, including account openings, closures, and KYC compliance
- • Support local markets and other colleagues in bank relationship management activities as required
Deal entry and Treasury reporting:
- • Ensure accurate and timely entry of all treasury transactions, maintaining robust audit trails and compliance with internal control frameworks
- • Support regular internal reporting on cash, debt, and investments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to Group Treasury and senior management
- • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Tax, and other Digicel teams as required to provide treasury insights on contract terms, vendor payments, CAPEX planning, etc
- • Prepare documentation for internal and external audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and internal compliance and control frameworks
- • Monitor global and regional financial markets to assess impacts on interest rates, FX volatility, and funding costs and provide insights to inform financial planning, procurement strategies, and risk management decisions

Qualifications
- • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Group Finance/ Treasury / Banking role
- • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- • Proficiency with Treasury Management Systems and ERP integration desirable
- • Proven experience in a fast-paced, hands-on treasury or banking environment, preferably within a multinational and/or multi-entity corporate structure
- • Demonstrated track record in executing treasury transactions (FX, investments, deposits)
- • Experience in managing banks or other financial relationships
- • Experience in recording, reporting and analysis of financial information
