The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying opportunities to improve and developing strategies to optimize internal Revenue drivers and reporting. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data across several areas of the business to identify trends, generate forecasts, identify risks, improve operational efficiency, and help inform decisions to improve revenue performance across Digicel Business markets. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires collaboration with various teams to drive successful outcomes; the successful candidate will work closely with various teams to gather data, perform deep dive analysis, and create reports that guide decision-making and track performance against key business objectives.
