Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Supervisor (SOG/ST 3)

Summary

Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following positions within the Jamaica Constabulary Force: • St. Andrew South Division (Olympic Way) • Kingston (Downtown) To ensure the safety and security of people and property through effective surveillance and monitoring of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) operations, in order to facilitate the requisite response, emergency or otherwise, protection of life and property, and preservation of peace and good order.

Qualifications

• • Associate degree in Management Studies or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• • One (1) year's experience in a call center environment.
• • Video surveillance certification (would be an asset).

Additional Information and Instructions

• Special Conditions Associated with the Job:

  • • May be required to work beyond normal working hours.
  • • Will be required to work on a shift system.
  • • At all times, the postholder must maintain and respect the security and sensitivity of the service.
