Risk & Compliance Associate
Summary
The incumbent will be expected to play a crucial role in identifying, assessing and mitigating risks across the organization, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguarding our reputation and financial stability. Our ideal candidate is a team player, detail-oriented and organized individual with strong decision making and analytical skills
Required Skills
- • Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively
- • Strong Business Acumen and skills in Sales Effectiveness, Sales Concepts, Tools and or Techniques
- • Excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management or related field
- • Experience in a risk management, compliance or related role and Project Management would be an asset
- • Knowledge of risk management best practices and regulatory requirements
- • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
