
Temporary Sales Accounting Clerk
Summary
The Sales Accounting Clerk will be responsible for ensuring that all proceeds received on the Company’s behalf are completely, accurately and promptly recorded, lodged and updated to the relevant trade receivables accounts. Contract Period 3-6 months
Responsibilities
- • Ensuring that daily lodgments are satisfactorily completed and lodged.
- • Updating customers’ accounts with invoices, payments and receipts
- • Resolving all discrepancies on invoices and payments
- • Reviewing all sales documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- • Ensuring all reports and schedules, along with the required supporting documents, are submitted for review and approval.
- • Filing reports, reconciliations, invoices, receipts and other supporting documents
Required Skills
- • Basic understanding of Accounting Principles
- • Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office applications
- • Strong customer service orientation
- • Ability to work flexible hours
Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Accounting or any related discipline
- • At least three (2) years’ experience as an Accounting Clerk
