Summary

Reporting to the Assistant General Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end product development process. This includes the generation and evaluation of new product ideas, updating and maintaining product development procedures, drafting business plans for new products, executing product development initiatives, execute/co-ordinate training on new products, coordinate all IT related product development activities and lead product discussion/user acceptance testing (UAT) for cross-functional team collaboration.

Our ideal candidate is an innovative and creative thinker with strong communication and analytical skills.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of general insurance products and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and product development tools
  • Certification in Project Management or related fields is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
  • Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to plan, prioritize, negotiate and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Insurance or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in product development, preferably
