Lead the development and execution of Postpaid and Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC) value propositions tailored to Jamaican consumer needs. This role is responsible for pricing strategy, customer journey design, and commercial execution, ensuring alignment between local market dynamics and regional business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer behaviors, to create impactful value propositions that strengthen customer engagement and commercial performanc

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Leadership (20%):

    • • Develop and drive localized commercial, pricing, and customer development strategies in alignment with the overall company strategy.
    • • Ensure that CVP initiatives are tailored to the specific needs of the market, while quickly understanding and adapting to Jamaican consumer behaviors, considering socio-economic factors, digital adoption trends, and competitive dynamics.
    • • Act as the key link between regional CVP strategy and local execution, ensuring a balance between standardization and market-specific adaptation.
  • Develop and Implement CVP Initiatives (50%):

    • • Lead the development of end-to-end Customer Value Propositions, including; - Offer structure; Pricing strategies; Unique Selling Propositions (USPs); Loyalty and retention programs
    • • Design seamless customer journeys, ensuring an optimal experience from purchase to usage.
    • • Collaborate with local sales and marketing teams to bring propositions to life in an impactful way.
    • • Support initiatives with financial business cases, ensuring commercial feasibility.
  • Execution & Performance Monitoring (20%):

    • • Work closely with sales leads to design and execute monthly, quarterly, and yearly commercial plans.
    • • Monitor the execution of action plans and support course correction as needed.
    • • Align with retail, telesales, digital, and Door-to-Door teams to ensure value propositions are effectively communicated to customers.
  • Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement (10%):

    • • Track key commercial KPIs, revenue, churn, and NPS (Net Promoter Score) to evaluate the success of CVP initiatives.
    • • Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure offers remain attractive and differentiated.
    • • Share learnings and best practices across internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

    • • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure CVP initiatives are integrated into broader commercial strategies.
    • • Act as the main CVP representative for Jamaica, ensuring alignment with regional and corporate CVP teams.

Qualifications

  • • Minimum of 8 years experience in telecom, consumer goods, or service industries, with a proven track record in value proposition development, pricing strategy, and customer lifecycle management
  • • Experience in international or regional markets, with the ability to quickly adapt to the Jamaican market with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and competitive dynamics.
  • • Proven track record in pricing, offer development, and customer lifecycle management.
