As the Investment Banking Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving the company’s strategic objectives with energy, expertise, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- • Develop and oversee key transaction milestones, ensuring the seamless execution of Investment Banking activities.
- • Create advanced financial models to assess M&A opportunities and capital-raising initiatives, including public and private debt and equity issuance.
- • Coordinate and manage the due diligence process across stakeholders, fostering transparency and precision.
- • Perform comprehensive valuations for IPOs and private equity transactions using industry-standard methodologies.
- • Assess the creditworthiness and financial health of clients seeking capital.
- • Collaborate with internal and external teams to prepare investor documentation and marketing materials.
- • Generate insightful reports and deliver impactful client presentations.
- • Manage post-deal documentation to ensure transaction completion and compliance.
- • Assist the Vice President of Investment Banking with structuring and executing transactions, including due diligence for M&A and private equity deals.
Required Skills
- • Expertise in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methodologies.
- • Deep knowledge of local and global financial markets and products.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in investment banking or a related field.
