
Business Operations Associate, Deel Talent

The Business Operations Associate will be a strategic partner to our clients, our staffing and recruitment partners as well as internal Deel stakeholders. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions, contributing to Deel Talents growth and operational excellence. You will work closely with senior leadership to meet operational goals, aligning business processes with the company’s strategic objectives. You will autonomously lead strategic projects that help us accelerate our global talent partner network as well as ensuring client demand is serviced fast and effectively. You will lead and execute the administration and improvement of the systems, tools, and processes. You will be empowered to own, build, and shape the strategy and tactics that drive the effectiveness and efficiency of the Deel Talent team and Deel overall. Your work will include strategy, operations, and analytics, requiring strong problem-solving skills to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- • Liaise with our talent partners about onboarding, contracts, payments, queries and general account management and growth
- • Executing on the Deel Talent expansion strategy across operations, products, and new markets.
- • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement SOPs, KPIs and performance metrics that measure operational success.
- • Oversee the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute large-scale initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement efforts.
- • Identify and mitigate risks affecting business operations, recommending solutions to prevent disruptions.
- • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational projects and initiatives.
- • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to promote collaboration and alignment.
- • Manage user administration, assignment, permission, data migration, workflows, and processes in Salesforce and other systems owned by Deel Talent team
- • Create and maintain documentation for process, procedure, project planning, and user education
- • Manage JIRA ticket requests with responses and solutions that meet SLAs set by the business
- • Partner and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Growth, Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance) on implementing initiatives that drive revenue
Qualifications
- • 3+ years’ experience in a Customer Success Operations, Partnership management, or SalesOps role in a high growth B2B SaaS environment.
- • Experience and / or a strong understanding of the global staffing, recruitment, MSP or VMS markets
- • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and performance measurement.
- • Proficiency in using business tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Monday.com).
- • Strong understanding of AI trends and tools
- • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions.
- • Ability to review, analyze, and troubleshoot technical flaws to ensure sound data & infrastructure hygiene.
- • Demonstrated technical skills with systems, custom report & dashboard building.
- • Understanding of SaaS business operations, best practices, and industry standards.
- • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical requirements to key stakeholders; able to collaborate and drive change across various stakeholders including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- • Demonstrated ability to implement process improvements that drive business results.
- • Strong project management skills, focusing on meeting deadlines and delivering quality outcomes.
- • Develop and recommend ways to streamline operations and processes by building key analyses and reports to enable faster decision-making.
- • Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is a plus.
