Responsibilities
- • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on account management, soft sales, and customer engagement.
- • Drive operational excellence through process optimization, efficiency improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Monitor and be accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring exceptional service delivery that fosters long-term loyalty.
- • Develop strategies to enhance customer lifetime value through consultative selling and personalized engagement.
- • Oversee customer success initiatives, ensuring proactive issue resolution and continuous improvement in the customer experience.
- • Partner with internal stakeholders to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
- • Leverage analytics and customer feedback to identify process gaps, drive continuous improvements, and implement scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- • 3–5 years of management experience in the BPO industry
- • Proven experience leading high-performing teams in account management, customer success, or soft sales
- • Demonstrated ability to track, analyze, and present data-driven insights to improve engagement, retention, or conversion
- • Experience coaching, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews to drive team development
- • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high operational performance in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- • Experience with consultative selling and customer retention strategies
- • Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and process optimization techniques
- • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
