Summary
GK Foods and Services Limited (GKFS) Invites applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of:- OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Responsibilities
- β’ Oversees daily operations of the Administration department, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing minutes, and compiling reports for internal distribution
- β’ Coordinates and ensures timely submission of compliance reports in alignment with regulatory and internal deadlines
- β’ Maintains and updates HR database, supporting accurate and efficient processing of employee records and transactions
- β’ Assists with the recruitment and onboarding processes, including applicant tracking, interview coordination and orientation
- β’ Supports the implementation of staff recognition and engagement initiatives, and contributes to monitoring and improving employee morale
- β’ Administers and executes all data protection and privacy protocols on behalf of the organisation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal policies
- β’ Oversees the scheduling and execution of employee training initiatives in alignment with the company's strategic training plan.
Qualifications
- β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource (HRM) Management or related field
- β’ Minimum of one yearβs experience in an administrative or HR support role
- β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) and other relevant digital tools
- β’ Proven time-management and organisational skills
- β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and inclusive tone
- β’ Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively across all levels of staff
- β’ Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- β’ A progressive career path in HRM is considered an asset
- β’ High standards of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- β’ Familiarity with ERP (SAP) system is an advantage.
