The incumbent will also manage customer inquiries, complaints and interact with customers to provide and process information. Salary Range: 💰 $2,190,302 – $2,945,712 JMD per annum.

Reporting to the Medical Social Worker, the incumbent will work closely with the Social Worker and other key team members at the treatment site to employ creative strategies to ensure adherence to ARVs; monitor and prevent resistance and improve standardized methods of tracking adherence and ARV resistance. Salary Range: 💰 $1,545,377 - $1,836,968 JMD per annum.

Salary Range: 💰 $3,241,533 – $3,853,164 JMD per annum.
