Summary
Digicel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Conglomerates Vertical Sales Lead to drive sales across diverse businesses with a multi-market presence in the Caribbean. This role is pivotal in helping conglomerates streamline their operations, accelerate technology roadmap implementation, and achieve economies of scale by leveraging Digicel as their central technology partner.

Responsibilities
- β’ 1Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the conglomerates vertical, targeting large multi-market businesses across the Caribbean.
- β’ Identify and pursue new opportunities to position Digicel as the preferred partner for technology and operational transformation.
- β’ Act as the primary point of contact for conglomerate accounts, ensuring alignment with their long-term business objectives.
- β’ Drive the end-to-end sales process for solutions that include connectivity, unified communications, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and advanced analytics.
- β’ Consult with conglomerate clients to understand their complex operational needs and recommend tailored solutions to achieve scalability and efficiency.
- β’ Partner with internal technical and product teams to develop customized proposals that address client-specific challenges.
- β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with conglomerate executives and stakeholders to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- β’ Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes relevant to conglomerates.

- β’ Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- β’ Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior technology sales role, preferably working with multi-market enterprises or conglomerates
- β’ Proven track record of successfully selling complex technology solutions
