Head of Operational Efficiency

Summary

Reporting to the Strategy & Business Support Manager, the incumbent will be expected to lead our efforts in optimizing processes and enhancing operational performance across the organization. Oversee the process review, business analysis and project management functions, driving key initiatives that align with our strategic goals for efficiency and effectiveness. Our ideal candidate is a strategic and results-driven individual with strong written and oral communication, excellent leadership and team management abilities and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
• • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational efficiency, business analysis and/or project management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• • Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and driving organizational change.
