As a Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js) at Deel, you will lead the development of high-quality, customer-centric web applications using TypeScript and React.js, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and ensure exceptional user experiences in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Get ready to:

  • • Be a part of a truly cross-functional team; Backend Engineers, Product Teams, Designers and QA’s
  • • Participate in product planning (From discovery all the way to deployment); We want your input at all stages of the Software Development Lifecycle!
  • • Collaborate! Our teams work together to develop robust new features, API’s, continuously improve our industry-leading products and find and fix any bugs at DeelSpeed
  • • Ensure our customers receive a white-glove experience with our products!

• The bits and bytes that you’ll bring to your new team:

  • • You have at least 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer. You have expert knowledge of TypeScript and React.js - particularly Class Components, Functional Components and React Hooks
  • • You have great knowledge of state management tools
  • • You’re an expert with the essentials, such as HTML and CSS
  • • You have a firm understanding of server side languages (we use Node.js on the Back-End)
  • • You are able to advise on best practices and be a thought leader in your field
