Customer Service Representatives - Loans
Summary
Assist applicants with verifying eligibility and processing of loan request.
Responsibilities
- • Review, determine qualification and Process loan applications
- • Explain to applicants the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services
- • Review loan agreements to ensure that they are complete and accurate according to policy
- • Correspond with applicants to improve application and respond to questions about the process
- • Update documentation as and when requested
- • Provide enthusiastic, courteous and exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- • Develop good product knowledge and use it to resolve issues
- • Maintain performance standards of the company
- • Maintain current product knowledge by using available resources post training
- • Adhere to stated policies and procedures of the Company
- • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials for which the role has responsibility

Qualifications
- • Minimum 3 CXC passes including English A
- • Aptitude for multitasking (work with multiple interfaces)
- • Prior call center experience a plus
- • Must be willing to work onsite
- • Must be flexible to work any 5 days between Monday to Saturday - (Saturdays are Mandatory) and or public holidays
- • Must be willing to work a schedule between 6;30 am to 10;00 pm
Additional Information and Instructions
All you need is a valid Jamaican National ID Card, a personal commercial bank account (National Commercial Bank or Bank of Nova Scotia), and a valid Police Record Certificate, in addition to having the necessary academic qualifications and experience for the position that best suits you.
