Responsibilities

• • Learn Inventory Management Basics: Gain understanding and proficiency in maintaining accurate records of telecommunications equipment and materials.
• • Familiarize with Inventory Systems: Learn to utilize inventory systems effectively and provide support to team members.
• • Collaborate with Team: Work with various departments to understand inventory needs and challenges.
• • Ensure Compliance Awareness: Familiarize with company policies and regulations related to inventory management.
• • Support Team Learning: Participate in training and development activities to enhance team performance
• • To process all service requests using information from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completion.
• • Accurately process service applications for all DIGICEL H&E customers and make any updates/changes, discounts, costs, to customer records when required on the related systems, e.g. TCRM.
• • Provide support to internal support teams as it relates to customer queries and service requests within given guidelines

Qualifications

• • Inventory Management Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, organization, and telecom-related equipment handling.
• • Customer Service & Communication Skills: Ability to handle customer queries and update records efficiently.
• • Technical Proficiency: Experience using systems such as TCRM (Telecommunications CRM) or other customer relationship management tools.
• • Team Collaboration: Able to work across departments and support learning activities within the team.
• • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in processing applications and managing data.
• • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with internal policies and adherence to regulatory standards.
