Digicel + Operations Team - Sales
Summary
The Sales Operations Team Member at Digicel appears to have a dual role with responsibilities as a D+ Inventory Operative and a Service Delivery Agent. This position involves managing inventory, supporting team operations, and ensuring the accurate processing of service requests for customers. The role requires familiarity with telecommunications equipment, inventory systems, customer service processes, and internal support procedures.
Responsibilities
- • Learn Inventory Management Basics: Gain understanding and proficiency in maintaining accurate records of telecommunications equipment and materials.
- • Familiarize with Inventory Systems: Learn to utilize inventory systems effectively and provide support to team members.
- • Collaborate with Team: Work with various departments to understand inventory needs and challenges.
- • Ensure Compliance Awareness: Familiarize with company policies and regulations related to inventory management.
- • Support Team Learning: Participate in training and development activities to enhance team performance
- • To process all service requests using information from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completion.
- • Accurately process service applications for all DIGICEL H&E customers and make any updates/changes, discounts, costs, to customer records when required on the related systems, e.g. TCRM.
- • Provide support to internal support teams as it relates to customer queries and service requests within given guidelines
Qualifications
- • Inventory Management Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory tracking, organization, and telecom-related equipment handling.
- • Customer Service & Communication Skills: Ability to handle customer queries and update records efficiently.
- • Technical Proficiency: Experience using systems such as TCRM (Telecommunications CRM) or other customer relationship management tools.
- • Team Collaboration: Able to work across departments and support learning activities within the team.
- • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy in processing applications and managing data.
- • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with internal policies and adherence to regulatory standards.
