
Business Analyst (MIS/IT 4)
Summary
Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants to fill the following position within the Information Communication Technology Division of the Police Department: Business Analyst (MIS/IT 4) Under the general direction of the System Development and Maintenance Manager, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in the analysis of ICT development requests, documenting the requirements, and communicating them at various levels to create a viable solution.
Qualifications
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, ICT, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, Management Studies, or a related discipline.
- • Specialized training in Business Analysis.
- • Two to three (2-3) years of related experience in a Business Analysis environment.

Special Conditions Associated with the Job:
- • Work will be conducted in an office outfitted with standard office equipment and specialized software.
- • The environment is fast-paced with ongoing interactions with critical stakeholders and meeting tight deadlines, which will result in high degrees of pressure on occasion.
- • May be required to travel locally and overseas to attend conferences, seminars, and meetings.
