
Electrical Technician
Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Technician to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of brewing equipment and facilities, supporting the production of high-quality beverages. The technician will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, maintaining safety and quality standards, and contributing to the seamless functioning of the brewery’s production processes.
Responsibilities
- • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities.
- • Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on brewing, packaging, and refrigeration equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- • Monitor and calibrate equipment to maintain consistency and adherence to quality standards throughout the brewing and packaging.
- • Identify and implement improvements in brewing and production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and support sustainable operations.
- • Collaborate with brewing and production teams to support daily operations, including start-up and shutdown of equipment and timely resolution of technical issues.
- • Track and manage spare parts, tools, and consumables inventory to ensure timely availability for maintenance and repairs.
- • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on equipment usage and troubleshooting to enhance overall operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- • One (1) - three (3) years maintenance experience
- • Experience in TPM (Total Productivity Management) to execute AM (Autonomous Maintenance) activities and to train operators in AM.
- • Good troubleshooting skills.
- • Previous experience in manufacturing, or a similar production environment is a strong advantage.
Qualifications
- • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical field.
- • Relevant certifications, such as PLC programming, HVAC, or electrical licensing, are an advantage.
- • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) principles is beneficial.
- • Certified to work Low Voltage.
