Summary
Sutherland is looking to add a talented Account Manager to support one of our growing Retails programs in JAMAICA! If you have the skills and experience required to run a successful program, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- • Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members to understand their needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
- • Develop solid and effective strategies based on accurate data analysis and meaningful observations to drive business results.
- • Identify training needs to equip staff with essential skills and knowledge.
- • Maintain a thorough understanding of system tools and operational procedures within the program.
- • Collaborate regularly with stakeholders to implement changes in promotions and updates.
- • Ensure process compliance and adherence to requirements for all team members, partners, and third-party providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- ★ At least 6 years of work experience in the BPO industry, retail vertical experience a major plus!
- ★ At least 3yrs of program LEADERSHIP experience w/headcount of at least 100 will be ideal
- ★ Must be in an Account Manager or equivalent level today
- ★ Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Office applications
- ★ Ability to efficiently manage time and keep track of multiple schedules, meetings, and initiatives
- ★ Strong analytical skills
- ★ Demonstrated leadership skills
- ★ Must be able to work onsite and travel between sites as needed
