Segoso is excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a Back Office Agent to join the Back Office Support Team of one of the most dynamic and rapidly growing companies in the industry. As a leader in the Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) space, we take pride in attracting and hiring top-tier talent. This position is based at our Jamaica Corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling a variety of administrative tasks, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and possess the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
As a member of the Human Resources team, you will participate in all facets of talent acquisition including onboarding and new hire testing.
- • Provide accurate and timely data to management while ensuring proper documentation.
- • Demonstrate professionalism in email communication, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues tactfully and promptly, within the scope of established authority.
- • Prepare detailed reports by gathering relevant information from various sources.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- • Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, customer service, and data entry.
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- • Typing speed of 35 WPM or higher.
- • Excellent organizational skills.
- • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with colleagues and employees.
Preferred Qualifications
- ★ At least 1 year of hands-on administrative support experience.
