Summary
The incumbent will be expected to manage a large amount of inbound calls effectively, providing information as requested and partner with the Underwriting Team to meet and exceed customer service expectations. Maintains customer information in the underwriter system with keen attention to client’s personal data. Identify and maximises opportunities to cross and upsell GKGI and GKFG products and services. Our ideal candidate is a dedicated, team-oriented and organized individual with strong written and oral communication who will execute using the company's Telephone Standards.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
- • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and techniques.
- • Strong customer relations and relationship building skills, poise, tact and diplomacy.
- • Excellent Public Relations and Presentation Skills
- • Strong Business Acumen and skills in Sales Effectiveness, Sales Concepts, Tools and or Techniques
- • Excellent time management and the ability to plan, research, negotiate and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- ★ First Degree in Business Management or related field or pursuing same
- ★ Registered with the Financial Services Commission with certification in Motor Salesman would be an asset.
