These programmes and initiatives should promote a high-performance culture that emphasizes staff empowerment in the ongoing development of a superior workforce. The incumbent will plan, direct and promote the development and implementation of strategic HR policies, programmes and related interventions, leading to improved management of the Departmentโs human resource.
